People Operations Working Student - Remote

In Short

• Support the day-to-day administration of People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS platform (Personio) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, promotion letters, and probation period extensions.
• Help plan and coordinate team events, cultural initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, and managing candidate communications.

Requirements

• You have ideally gained some initial experience in HR or People Operations.
• You are a high-energy, people-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership and a hands-on approach.
• You are highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable using digital tools.
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a university in Germany.
