Overview

PIVOT Agency is seeking a highly organized and personable individual for the role of Influencer Sales & Activation Coordinator to support influencer and brand campaigns.

In Short

• Compile post-activation reports, including streaming and content analytics
• Track and manage influencer deliverables based on project scope
• Reconcile contract deliverables and draft executable copy
• Manage influencer invoicing and payments
• Record and track content creator deliverables
• Update internal records with influencer data
• Coordinate influencer product shipments and travel logistics
• Provide accurate reporting of executed deals
• Identify potential brands for influencer partnerships
• Support sales outreach when bandwidth allows

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask across several projects
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and project management tools
• Professional communicator, both written and verbal
• Personable and relatable with influencers and brands
• BA/BS in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or related fields
• 1-3+ years in sponsorship sales and marketing
• Knowledge of esports and gaming sponsorship landscape
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and Google Suite
