Senior Course Developer - Remote

Overview

This role involves developing formal learning content for Ping Identity's customer courses, certifications, and workshops. You will create engaging and high-quality technical curriculum content that explains Ping Identity product capabilities and features to developers, system integrators, and system administrators globally.

In Short

• Develop formal learning content for customer courses, certifications, and workshops.
• Create engaging and high-quality technical curriculum content.
• Consult with Subject Matter Experts to create hands-on training.
• Develop comprehensive learning materials including guides and lab environments.
• Ensure quality by testing and debugging training deliverables.
• Support and mentor junior developers.
• Provide expert technical assistance for courses.
• Deliver courses as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Engage in the Education Consultancy process for private event deliveries.
• Maintain and enhance existing content based on learner feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with technical training material design.
• Strong writing, editing, and content structuring skills.
• System administration experience of Windows and Linux.
• Experience with TCP/IP networking and cloud technologies.
