International Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Tax Manager with a minimum of 6 years of dedicated experience to join our tax team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s international tax accounting and compliance.

• Responsible for international tax returns and compliance.
• Coordinate local tax accounting for foreign subsidiaries.
• Assist with global transfer pricing documentation.
• Prepare international tax components of income tax provisions.
• Research complex tax issues across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support international tax audits and communicate with auditors.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and exposures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 6 years of experience in international tax.
• CPA license required.
• Strong understanding of US international tax laws.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent research skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
