• Oversee commissioning and construction contractors as the Owner’s representative.
• Work with project development, finance, and project management teams.
• Communicate effectively with customers and contractors.
• Review specifications and drawings, and site QA/QC activities.
• Prioritize work to meet project goals.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented at the job site.
• Represent the organization with various stakeholders.
• Oversee and coordinate commissioning activities.
• Lead project punch list coordination.
• Manage site visits for Independent Engineers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in solar power construction.
• Ability to oversee site construction.
• Experience with commissioning or electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Organizational and interpersonal skills.
