Analyst, IT Compliance & IGA - Remote

Overview

As an Analyst for IT Compliance & IGA at Polaris Inc., you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Digital & Information Services compliance framework while collaborating closely with various teams.

In Short

• Develop, document, and monitor compliance with D&IS policies.
• Provide training and guidance on governance and security best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure strong internal controls.
• Maintain compliance processes for various regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct IT General Controls assessments.
• Establish a proactive risk identification process.
• Track and drive remediation efforts for control deficiencies.
• Provide audit support for internal and external auditors.
• Administer IGA and Privileged Access Management technologies.
• Review SOC reports from third-party vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT audit or compliance.
• Experience with Active Directory and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with IAM tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience in a global organization is a plus.
