Overview

We are seeking a SOC Analyst to work within our Security Operation Center (SOC) environment as a first line responder to incidents triggered by security toolsets.

In Short

  • Respond to technical support inquiries and manage ticket queues within the SOC.
  • Execute proactive threat hunting in client environments.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of security incidents.
  • Assist in the creation of new use cases and reporting.
  • Document all triggered incidents and metrics for analysis.

Requirements

  • Infrastructure and network background.
  • Security qualifications for incident response.
  • Experience with SIEM tools, preferably Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Experience and qualifications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience working with an ITSM.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
