In Short

• Monitor customer environments for incidents
• Perform incident detection, validation, and reporting
• Triage events and incidents
• Provide accurate analysis of security problems
• Resolve hardware/software failures and security threats
• Monitor security feeds from client servers and devices
• Conduct proactive threat research
• Document incident activities and provide updates
• Assist in developing incident response processes
• Attend client-facing security meetings

Requirements

• Experience in incident handling/response
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux)
• Familiarity with security technologies (IDS, Firewall, SIEM)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to work independently and collaboratively
• 2-4 years in Information Security or related field
• Hands-on experience with security tools
• Understanding of security threats and vulnerabilities
• Knowledge of regular expressions
