In Short

• Delivery of clinical trial analytics and insight generation.
• Interact with various stakeholders to identify solutions for market analysis.
• Implement new technology initiatives related to feasibility.
• Collect clinical data for analysis and optimize patient enrollment.
• Stay updated on optimizing trends within the Therapeutic Area.
• Provide end-to-end analytical services as part of the Global Development process.
• Consult with Global Feasibility Heads on insights and data application.
• Track efficiencies from new technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with Feasibility Data Sciences for insights and visualizations.
• Participate in Global Development initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a scientific or health-related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in clinical trial execution.
• Expertise in drug development and clinical trial operations.
• Experience in implementing new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and flexibility in a growing organization.
• Strong understanding of information systems and statistical principles.
• Ability to apply data insights to optimize strategy.
• Strong planning and tracking skills.
• Excellent time and self-management capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
