Manufacturing Scientist - Remote

Overview

To support the next growth phase, we are recruiting 7x Manufacturing Scientists at multiple experience levels to help meet the increasing demands of Upstream and Downstream Manufacturing teams. These teams are preparing to scale from pilot manufacturing to full-scale commercial production in the brand-new NJ facility.

In Short

• Positions Available: Manufacturing Scientist I, II, III
• Execute mammalian cell culture processes for Biologics
• Operate bioreactors and enhance manufacturing techniques
• Collaborate with manufacturing associates and engineers
• Initiate batch records and oversee investigations in a cGMP environment
• Perform purification processes for mammalian cell cultures
• Operate AKTA purification skids and TFF operations
• Maintain compliance with BLA requirements and GMP policies
• Manage batch execution and process improvements
• Hands-on experience in chromatography systems

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in cell culture and bioreactor operations
• Proficiency with single-use manufacturing consumables
• Experience in Downstream Processing with TFF operations
• Knowledge in Unicorn software
• Familiarity with depth filtration processes
