Our vision is to become Europe's leading job platform for nursing professions and to fight the nursing crisis! • Take full ownership of projects from conception to deployment, in iteration cycles.
• Deliver high quality code with a high productivity rate.

• Exhibit strong proficiency in full stack development.
• Architect scalable and maintainable software and infrastructure solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Effectively communicate project requirements, progress, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges.

Requirements

• Great Typescript and SQL skills.
• Good to have: React, react-admin, Next.js, Nest.js, GraphQL, PostgreSQL.
• Great to have: Knowledge in data engineering (ETL) and in data analytics.
• Test methodologies and their tools (Jest or similar).
• Very good knowledge of security and its best practices.
• Cloud-Experience with Azure, AWS, Heroku, Vercel.
• Agile and SCRUM process management methodology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conceptualization skills in English (German is a plus).
• Good time management and organizational skills.
