Overview

The ECOM Customer Care Specialist provides exceptional customer experiences and ensures that service promises are honored, working in a fast-paced remote environment.

In Short

  • Respond to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution.
  • Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
  • Resolve product inquiries and account issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams for quality assurance.
  • Research shipping concerns and liaise with distribution teams.
  • Participate in extensive training about products and systems.
  • Work from May through August 2025.
  • Full-time hours from 9:00am-6:00pm EST.
  • Enjoy a fun and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Textiles preferred.
  • 1-3 years of customer service, sales, or retail experience required.
  • Experience in E-Commerce and online marketing is a plus.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office required.
  • Experience with ZenDesk, BlueCherry, Softeon, SalesForce, or Shopify is a plus.
  • Experience using an organizational time management system required.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills required.
