Pete Fowler Construction Services seeks a highly qualified and experienced Elevator Expert, specializing and or licensed in FL to join our team on a contract basis; testifying experience is preferred.

In Short

• Serve as an unbiased expert in identifying issues within construction or buildings.
• Inspect structures, drawings, and building sites.
• Conduct research and gather data for investigations.
• Collect, review, and analyze documents and information.
• Write reports and analyses consistent with high standards.
• Communicate project data and opinions professionally.
• Participate in meetings with clients and others.
• Track billable hours and maintain targets.
• Participate in training systems.

Requirements

• Experience as a self-directed leader in construction.
• Verifiable testimony experience in construction-related cases in Florida.
• Applicable education, licenses, and certifications preferred.
• Previous consulting experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Ability to perform physical requirements for onsite inspections.
