As an SEO and Web Analytics Manager, you are a professional in web analysis, conversion, and SEO optimization, developing data-driven marketing strategies in a creative and dynamic environment.

In Short

• Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and developing web tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Matomo).
• Analyze web data to identify trends and derive optimization potentials for online performance.
• Create and present performance reports and custom dashboards for visualizing key business metrics.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion rates and implement them with the team.
• Support technical and content SEO optimization for client projects (On-Page and Off-Page optimizations & conducting SEO audits).
• Stay informed about new tools and technologies in web analytics and SEO to continuously optimize processes.
• Conduct internal training and client consulting on best practices in web analytics and SEO.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ryte, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs) and search engine optimization.
• Expertise in implementing and using web analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and/or Matomo.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment in interpreting data to derive concrete recommendations.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
