Product Owner - US Remote

Overview

PerfectServe is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our Operator Console STO (single threaded owner) team. In this role, you will support the planning, development, and delivery of solutions that streamline communication workflows for hospital operators, switchboard staff, and healthcare contact centers.

As a Product Owner, you will work closely with product leaders, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to help define user stories, manage the product backlog, and contribute to the evolution of our operator console platform. This is a great opportunity to develop product leadership skills while making a meaningful impact on healthcare communication efficiency and patient access.

In Short

• Manage and groom the engineering backlog for R&D teams.
• Translate customer and business needs into detailed user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure understanding of requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Review and accept delivered stories for quality assurance.
• Analyze usage data and customer feedback for backlog items.
• Create internal documentation such as product requirements and training materials.
• Support roadmap planning and release coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management or business analysis.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working with data and making evidence-based decisions.
• A desire to learn product best practices.
