Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Finance function on corporate financial reporting, planning & analysis, strategy, and M&A opportunities, providing high-quality analysis, forecasting, reporting, and research to inform executive-level decision making.

In Short

• Own financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual).
• Lead and manage the strategic planning and forecasting process.
• Conduct financial review meetings with business partners.
• Leverage financial systems to improve reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting on monthly close process.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process.
• Work cross-functionally with operational managers.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis for strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of financial experience.
• Experience with financial modeling/forecasting.
• Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in a scaling environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter mentality.
• Willingness to work with diverse backgrounds.
