Senior Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting Finance and Business teams by delivering meaningful insights, improving reporting, and enhancing cross-functional processes.

In Short

• Investigate and resolve data mismatches across systems like Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Partner with Sales Ops, Accounting, and Procurement to build and refine processes.
• Lead analytical workstreams and develop reporting for key business metrics.
• Drive projects autonomously and ensure timely completion.
• Support financial close activities and ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain and run the company’s 3-statement financial model.
• Build tools and frameworks for organizational reliability.
• Handle various tasks from account reconciliations to financial modeling.
• Proactively address systemic issues and propose solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or operational finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• Strong business judgment and investigative skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and take initiative.
• Strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Clear communicator who facilitates collaboration.
• Comfortable managing analysis and accountability independently.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like Oracle, Salesforce, Snowflake.
• Ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.
