Infrastructure/SRE Developer - Remote

Overview

The Infrastructure/SRE will collaborate with organizational leads and cross-functional teams to ensure our infrastructure, automation, and reliability practices align with business priorities. This role will focus on building resilient infrastructure, implementing configuration management, enhancing CI/CD pipelines, and improving system performance, scalability, and availability to meet SLOs.

In Short

• Ensure high reliability and uptime of production systems through proactive monitoring, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain automated solutions for configuration management, deployment, monitoring, and alerting/self-healing.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts.
• Define, measure, and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to design resilient architectures.
• Adopt AI-powered solutions for observability and operational forecasting.
• Continuously improve system performance and observability.
• Work closely with developers to integrate SRE practices into CI/CD pipelines.
• Document operational workflows and architectural decisions.
• Drive a culture of reliability engineering and automation.

Requirements

• 5 - 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• Strong expertise in Linux systems, networking, and AWS cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools.
• Proficiency in incident response and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with AI-driven operational tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
