Infrastructure Developer - Remote

Overview

The Infrastructure Developer will provide expertise to IT staff on how to create mature automated solutions using Infrastructure as code (IaC) and Software Development practices. They will maintain and develop new automated capabilities like IaC Pipelines, Shared Services/modules, and additional automated solutions in the team’s portfolio.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate controls and code scans into Infrastructure CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide development guidance and code reviews.
• Collaborate with software engineers and system administrators.
• Manage Automation Tools through their lifecycle.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance.
• Define and implement monitoring and alerting systems.
• Maintain and enhance the security of infrastructure.
• Provide On-call support on a rotational schedule.
• Stay up to date with trends in DevSecOps and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Proven development experience in DevSecOps.
• Experience creating IaC with Ansible, Chef, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Base foundational knowledge of Infrastructure services.
• Experience managing an Enterprise Automation Tool.
• Knowledge of software development and infrastructure automation.
• Problem solving skills.
