In Short

• Part-time Bookkeeper position (20-25 hr/week) based in Florida with hybrid work flexibility.
• Manage financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax-related tasks.
• Work independently with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Bookkeeper credentials required.
• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience up to the balance sheet.
• Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Bill.com, Navan, and Mesh.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
