We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to transform fragmented healthcare data into actionable insights through operational dashboards and automated decision systems.

In Short

• Design and maintain healthcare data models.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in analytics engineering or healthcare analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare data.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality products.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and BI tools.
• Experience with HL7 and FHIR data standards is preferred.
• Understanding of value-based care models.
• Proven ability to build production-grade dashboards.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and develop new frameworks.
