• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies targeting LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Own and drive the LinkedIn strategy for Penbrothers’ corporate page.
• Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to B2B audiences and local talent.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders through audience engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics for optimization.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Stay updated with social media trends relevant to B2B marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams for cohesive messaging.
• Work hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PHT.
• Predominantly work from home with occasional office reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and marketing tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and goal-oriented problem-solving skills.
• Excellent copywriting skills for content creation.
