In Short

• Play a hands-on role in a high growth practice area.
• Partner with clients to develop future state recommendations based on Oracle’s best practices.
• Develop functional architectural vision for Cloud SCM solutions.
• Incorporate best practices into overall cloud platform vision.
• Collaborate with workstream leads to ensure alignment between Oracle SCM and other solutions.
• Define and refine business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Peloton processes.
• Work with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Lead global design sessions leveraging a process-first approach.
• May require travel within the United States & Canada.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of experience with Oracle PLM and SCM.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud.
• Senior cross-functional architect level experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with PLM Oracle Cloud modules.
• Global Design workshop experience.
• Team leadership in business processes.
• Nice to have exposure as an Oracle Agile PLM.
