New Homes Sales Advisor - Remote

Overview

The New Homes Sales Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers interested in buying or renting homes at Pegasus Homes, working remotely with occasional office meetings.

In Short

• Home-based role with office meetings as needed.
• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Package includes £32,000 per annum plus commission.
• Responsible for managing customer inquiries and maintaining CRM.
• Build trust and maintain contact with customers.
• Achieve targets for outbound calls and qualified viewings.
• Work with Regional Customer Advisors for scheduling viewings.
• Cross-sell alternative developments to meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of property sector and sales experience required.
• Excellent IT and negotiation skills are essential.

Requirements

• GCSEs Grade 'C' or above, including English and Maths.
• Sales qualification desirable but not essential.
• Full, clean driving license and own vehicle required.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Organized and efficient in managing databases.
• Ability to analyze and interpret management information.
