Senior Grant Writer - Remote

Overview

Lasso is an award-winning seed-stage tech startup in the US. We are looking for a Senior Grant Writer to work with our customers to find, write, and review grants for them and improve our grant writing tools and processes.

In Short

• Write grants and take full ownership of the grant-writing process.
• Work directly with customers to understand their projects and collect data for grant applications.
• Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Review grant applications to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Communicate with grant-providing agencies to clarify requirements.
• Propose ideas to improve the overall grant-writing process.
• Enhance tools and processes for writing and managing grants.
• Collaborate with the product team to optimize grant writing tools.
• Oversee task allocation and manage workflows for other grant writers.
• 3+ years of experience in grant writing or business consulting required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in grant writing or business consulting.
• Mastery of English (C2 level in CEFR proficiency scale).
• Advanced level Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working with customers on complex problems.
• Ownership mindset regarding the company’s success.
• Bachelor's degree.
