Founding Growth Engineer - Remote

We're growing explosively, having grown from 0 to $5M retentive ARR in just over a year. We're a lean, 3-person team and are already profitable. We've been featured on NYT, WSJ, New Yorker, and Business Insider, and are backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley.

We are looking for a Founding Growth Engineer to drive Kindroid's expansion through a combination of technical execution and creative growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and growth, requiring someone who can both build features and orchestrate growth experiments.

The ideal candidate is a builder and doer first - someone who has demonstrated true hustle in identifying opportunities and getting things done. Maybe you've cold-emailed your way to major partnerships, growth-hacked a side project to significant traction, cut through red tape at a big company to ship something important, or found creative ways to achieve results with limited resources.

• 2-6 years of experience building products or driving growth initiatives
• Strong technical foundation - able to build and ship features independently assisted by AI
• Track record of creative problem-solving and resourceful execution
• Fluency with using AI to make you more efficient and creative
• Experience growing consumer products, especially in social/gaming/AI spaces
• Track record of successful growth experiments or viral marketing initiatives
• Background in operations, product management, or business development
• History of entrepreneurial projects or early-stage startup experience
• Autonomy to identify opportunities and execute on them
• Ability to adapt quickly and get things done
