In Short

• Establish the ‘Project Plan’ with the Owner's Representative (OR).
• Assist in team selection and hiring of architects, designers, and contractors.
• Provide contract administration for project-related contracts.
• Develop and manage a detailed macro project budget.
• Review invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in change order management and negotiations.
• Maintain the macro project schedule.
• Manage insurance documentation from vendors.
• Coordinate meetings and record notes.
• Provide weekly project status reports.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in real estate, architecture, or construction.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Understanding of the design and construction process.
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
