Technical Writer - Remote

Overview

We are growing rapidly and constantly launching new innovations. To support this momentum, we need a Technical Writer to bring structure to our technical landscape and build a world-class documentation portal. This isn’t just about writing manuals. You will be the architect of our knowledge and how we share that clearly with our customers and partners, diving deep into our ecosystem. Everything from detailed API guides to release notes, best practice recommendations, diagrams and flows, training manuals, user guides and more. We are looking for a truly technical writer who enjoys partnering with developers to master our under the hood mechanics. You will be the translator who tests our tech firsthand and turns complex data into clear, engaging content that empowers our customers.

In Short

• Plan, build, and manage a centralised documentation portal for customers.
• Define and document technical standards and templates for consistent content.
• Audit and curate existing technical information into a structured knowledge base.
• Get hands-on with hardware and software to verify features and accuracy.
• Act as a bridge between Development and Product teams and customers.
• Identify documentation gaps and support new releases with quality documentation.
• Experience in technical writing and restructuring documentation portals.
• Strong partnership with developers and hands-on experience with hardware.
• Native-level English speaker with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in technical writing.
• Experience with Docusaurus and Markdown is a plus.
• Ability to document complex software and get hands-on with hardware.
• Self-starter who can turn a backlog into a structured knowledge base.
• Experience in turning complex concepts into visual representations.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical complexity.
• Customer-centric approach to writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
