Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• 1+ year of experience with Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
• Experience in TDD and ATDD coaching is a plus.
• Management experience is desirable.
• Ability to define organizational challenges clearly.
• Experience in creating actionable improvement frameworks.
• Presentation skills are beneficial.
• Collaboration with other Agile coaches is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
