Requirements

• Over 2 years of management experience in a system development organization.
• At least 3 years of development experience in system development (backend or frontend).
• Experience leading scalable architecture and system design.
• Experience in supporting the growth of engineering talent strategically.
• Skills in negotiation and coordination with diverse stakeholders.
