Senior Designer, Brand & Marketing - Remote

Overview

As the Senior Designer, you will have a great opportunity to grow into the Creative Director. You will establish Paynuity’s creative vision and ensure that every customer-facing touchpoint, digital product, website, print collateral, events, and investor communications, embodies our standards of precision, security, and forward-thinking design.

In Short

• Define and maintain brand standards for visual identity, tone, and messaging.
• Conduct regular brand audits to ensure alignment across all assets.
• Develop sophisticated visual concepts for campaigns, product launches, and thought-leadership pieces.
• Create, update, and refine high-stakes collateral, ensuring data accuracy and brand consistency.
• Serve as the primary designer for investor and board presentations.
• Own the design and continuous enhancement of Paynuity’s WordPress site.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate designers; manage creative budgets and schedules.
• Partner with Sales and Leadership on campaign and investor materials.
• Monitor design and fintech trends for enhancements.
• Portfolio submission required with application.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive design experience, including 2+ years leading creative teams.
• Mastery of PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and WordPress.
• Portfolio showcasing sophisticated, data-driven collateral and intuitive UX/UI solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
