Remote Therapist (LSW or LAC)

Overview

This position involves providing remote therapy services, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans under supervision.

In Short

• Receive and respond to intake referrals.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy.
• Maintain an active caseload with clinical oversight.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Support discharge and aftercare planning.
• Coordinate referrals to external resources.
• Document services in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate with care team members for patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active and unrestricted provisional license (e.g., LSW, LAC).
• Foundational clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning.
• Interest in evidence-based modalities like CBT or DBT.
• Experience with diverse populations preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Commitment to professional growth and ethical practice.
• LCADC or CADC is a plus.
