In Short

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records in EHR.
• Collaborate with treatment team members.
• Provide case management services as needed.
• Attend treatment team meetings and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and responsiveness.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Abide by PAX Health code of ethics.

Requirements

• Masters in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Current NJ license to practice as LSW or LAC.
• Computer literacy required.
• Ability to communicate through various forms.
• Experience on Charm is a plus.
• LCADC or CADC is a plus.
