Overview

The PRN Remote Therapist 1 at Gateway Rehab is responsible for providing substance use treatment and case management services for patients in the Pittsburgh region, working under regular supervision.

In Short

• Provide trauma-informed treatment using evidence-based practices.
• Develop patient treatment plans in cooperation with the treatment team.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
• Assess patient progress and revise treatment plans as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Plan for continuing care and make appropriate referrals.
• Monitor insurance authorizations for patient caseload.
• Participate in regular supervision and training.
• Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year experience in behavioral health.
• Pass a PA Criminal Background Check.
• Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Clearances.
• Pass Drug Screen and TB Test.
• Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
