As our VIP CRM Strategist, you’ll be the architect behind how we engage, retain, and delight our most important customers. This is a strategic, creative, and data-informed role—perfect for someone who loves turning insight into action and creating standout moments for VIPs.

In Short

  • Build VIP Retargeting Campaigns: Design and launch smart, personalised campaigns that bring back lapsed players and keep them engaged for the long run.
  • Segment and Personalise: Use player behaviour and lifecycle data to segment the VIP base and craft messaging that feels relevant, timely, and valuable.
  • Lead Onsite Comms: Own the VIP experience on-site, making sure every pop-up, banner or in-game message hits the right note and reinforces our brand.
  • Work Cross-Functionally: Partner with our VIP, product, marketing, and design teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, engaging and aligned with broader goals.
  • Drive Cross-Selling: Help introduce VIPs to other features and products they’ll enjoy by crafting thoughtful, well-timed promotions and journeys.
  • Test, Learn, Repeat: Run A/B tests to refine messages, formats, and timing. Then turn results into stronger, more effective campaigns.
  • Measure & Optimise: Keep a close eye on performance metrics, using them to continuously refine and improve everything you do.
  • Stay Compliant: Make sure all VIP CRM activity is fully compliant with data regulations and reflects our commitment to customer privacy and trust.
  • Manage Budgets: Take ownership of the VIP CRM budget, making smart decisions to get the best results and return.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in CRM strategy and campaign delivery, ideally focused on high-value or VIP segments.
  • A solid understanding of player behaviour, segmentation models and lifecycle marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and automation tools like Bloomreach (or similar).
  • Confidence in analysing data and making decisions based on insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you’re as comfortable briefing design as you are chatting strategy with product leads.
  • A creative mindset with a commercial edge—you know how to engage, but you also know what drives results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment with lots of moving parts.
