Overview

As a DevOps Engineer (GCP) at Particle41, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our software development and IT operations processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and IT operations, with a focus on automating and streamlining processes to achieve efficient and reliable software delivery for our customers. You will work closely with development and operations teams of our customers to build, deploy, and maintain critical systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the customers' infrastructure.

In Short

• Work closely with software developers and system administrators.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance.
• Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
• Design and manage automation processes for software deployment.
• Manage GCP infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Develop monitoring solutions for system health.
• Implement security best practices in deployment.
• Provide support for development and operations teams.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with GCP services.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages.
• Experience with configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• GCP certification preferred.
