Overview

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our internal Customer Service Backoffice, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer service experience.

In Short

  • Lead the development and optimization of internal Customer Service Backoffice.
  • Shape the full PAM and Customer Service roadmap.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and execute the strategic roadmap.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from customer support and compliance teams.
  • Continuously optimize PAM and Customer Service Backoffice.
  • Manage operational and technical requirements in the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with UX to improve customer experience.
  • Provide regular updates on progress to stakeholders.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Minimum five years' experience as a Product Owner.

Requirements

  • Experience in building and maintaining Back Offices.
  • Understanding of lean product development and MVP concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible to work with departments in different time zones.
