Overview

Paragon is a Virtual First company seeking an experienced Lead Visual Designer to lead visual design efforts and ensure a seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

• Lead the creative and visual design strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in visual design, Graphic Design, UX Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Visual Designer.
• Strong design foundation including grids, typography, and color harmony.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser capabilities.
• Excellent client presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for design and user experience.
