Overview

The Head of Social will build and lead our Social Growth function, a central part of Simple’s future growth model, focusing on turning social media into a repeatable, scalable growth channel.

In Short

• Own and drive long-term social growth strategy.
• Build out a creator ecosystem focusing on TikTok formats.
• Craft a coherent brand narrative across all social platforms.
• Run fast, continuous content cycles with emphasis on short-form video.
• Experiment with new formats and analyze performance for growth.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Creative, Growth, Brand, and Analytics teams.
• Evolve the structure and ways of working of the Social Growth team.

Requirements

• Creative vision and cultural fluency.
• Experience developing social-first or creator-led brands.
• Hands-on experience with creators and UGC pipelines.
• Comfort in high-velocity content environments.
• Experience in consumer apps, wellness, health & fitness, or lifestyle.
• Leadership and systems thinking skills.
• Speed and experimentation mindset.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
