Overview

We’re seeking a strategic Media Buyer to manage and scale paid advertising efforts across three distinct, locally operated businesses, focusing on generating qualified local leads, bookings, and foot traffic for service-based businesses.

In Short

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms.
• Develop channel-specific strategies tailored to local service businesses.
• Drive lead generation, bookings, and in-store visits.
• Design and implement tracking and attribution frameworks.
• Define and monitor KPIs beyond standard ROAS.
• Conduct audience research and local market segmentation.
• Continuously test creatives, offers, and landing page strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign messaging.
• Participate in weekly sync calls with async communication.

Requirements

• Experience in media buying and paid advertising.
• Strong understanding of local service business dynamics.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Ability to analyze and monitor KPIs effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
