Overview

We are looking for a skilled Email Copywriter with hands-on experience writing high-performing email campaigns for DTC brands or agencies, preferably serving the US market. This role is ideal for someone who understands how email drives revenue in eCommerce.

In Short

• Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy for DTC eCommerce brands
• Develop campaigns for promotions, product launches, newsletters, and announcements
• Create and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to align copy with visuals and strategy
• Adapt tone and messaging based on brand voice and audience segments
• Review performance data and iterate on copy to improve open rates, CTR, and revenue
• Maintain consistency and quality across all email communications
