Email Copywriter (AI First) - Remote

Overview

Smart Marketer Agency is looking for a sharp, creative, fast, AI-First Email Copy Manager to join the team. This is a role for someone who loves email, understands how to develop and iterate on a brand, understands how to write copy that HOLDS ATTENTION, and knows how to use AI as a co-pilot… not a crutch.

In Short

• Write, edit, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows.
• Manage copy calendars and deliverables across 5–6 clients.
• Use AI tools to brainstorm, outline, and draft faster.
• Collaborate with Email Strategists to align copy direction with client needs.
• Own voice adaptation for each brand, maintaining consistency.
• Create A/B variants for subject lines and call-to-actions.
• Maintain fast-paced, high-quality output within a repeatable process.
• Participate in email performance reviews and creative ideation.
• Write approximately 200–240 emails per month.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of copywriting experience, ideally in email or digital marketing.
• Ability to write fast and well, particularly with AI.
• Comfortable managing multiple brand voices.
• Ability to test creatively and interpret results.
• Handle high-volume copy demands without sacrificing quality.
