We’re looking for a highly skilled Ecommerce Video Editor who specializes in creating persuasive direct-response video content. If you’re experienced in crafting high-converting VSLs, dynamic Talking Head ads, and polished UGC-style creatives, we’d love to work with you.

• Strong experience in VSL production, from structuring hooks to refining narrative flow
• Proficiency with AI voiceovers and integrating them naturally into edits
• Skilled in Talking Head–style ads, including pacing, captioning, and retention-focused editing
• Deep understanding of UGC formats, social-first editing, and direct-response strategy
• Ability to research content, competitor examples, and creative angles
• Knowledge of platform-specific guidelines (e.g., Meta deadzones, safe zones, text placement, compliance rules)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable following SOPs while improving processes and creative quality
• Bonus: Familiar with ClickUp or similar project management tools
