Requirements

• 2+ years experience in editing paid social ads or direct-response video content.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).

• Own editing setup (hardware + software).
• Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Comfortable with Google Drive, Slack, and project management tools.
