Overview

We're seeking a Video Editor with deep experience in Meta ad creatives and a proven track record of working with US-based DTC brands. You’ll be instrumental in developing short-form video content optimized for paid social performance. Your work will directly impact our customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts.

In Short

• Edit and deliver high-quality, short-form video ads optimized for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram)
• Collaborate with the in-house creative and performance teams to concept and execute new ad variations at scale
• Transform raw product footage, UGC, and influencer content into thumb-stopping creative with strong hooks, messaging, and CTAs
• Apply performance best practices — including pacing, sound design, subtitles, and ad formats — to drive engagement and conversions
• Version and iterate top-performing creatives for new angles, formats, and audience segments
• Maintain a fast turnaround time while upholding creative quality
• Keep up with the latest trends in social media advertising and video editing to inform future content direction

• Deep understanding of direct response creative strategy
• Sharp editing skills
• Ability to turn raw assets into compelling ad creatives
• Experience with Meta ad creatives
