Our client is a fast-growing DTC brand, looking for a high-performance Creative Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing. If you understand what makes a scroll-stopper convert, love scripting hooks that hit, and can direct UGC, statics, and motion assets with strategic precision, we want to talk.

In Short

• Own end-to-end creative strategy for hero SKUs.
• Develop and lead multi-SKU ad creative across the customer journey.
• Craft and test messaging angles that drive conversions.
• Script VSLs, UGC ads, short-form scripts, and static ad copy.
• Collaborate with in-house producer/editor team for feedback and quality elevation.
• Join weekly syncs with creative and growth teams.
• Deliver high-impact creative that boosts ROAS.
• Work fast while maintaining quality.
• Be open to creative tests before long-term agreements.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Experience in developing creative for DTC brands in wellness or personal care.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager data.
• Ability to script, concept, and brief editors or animators.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce trends and ad psychology.
• Willingness to go above and beyond during campaign pushes.
