Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at #paid, you will be responsible for designing tools and features that enable effective collaboration between brands and creators, contributing to the future of the creator economy.

In Short

Design mobile-first end-to-end experiences for creators and brands.
Collaborate with partners to develop solutions through exploration and user validation.
Formulate and validate hypotheses with Product Managers and designers.
Own design processes and validate solutions using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Create UX deliverables, visual, and interaction designs.
Collaborate with developers for high-quality implementations.
Measure success and iterate on design decisions.
Contribute to a collaborative UX team culture.
Maintain the Design System in collaboration with the development team.
Drive collaboration across related initiatives.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a product designer.
Proficiency in visual design and mobile application design.
Ability to solve complex problems with a systematic approach.
Experience leading large projects in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in interaction design for mobile and web applications.
Strong understanding of technologies for modern digital experiences.
Expertise in user-centered design, information architecture, and prototyping.
Understanding of accessibility and usability in design.
Familiarity with native web and mobile UX concerns.
Experience with design research and user testing methodologies.
