• Requirements management: Collect and prioritize requirements from user feedback and market analyses to ensure paddy meets the needs of our target audience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with international partners, marketing, sales, and development teams to advance the product vision.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking, good user sense, and a knack for strong product quality.
• 1–4 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or AI-based products.
• Proven experience with AI systems and AI integration.
• Passion for technology – AI, SaaS, etc.
• Agile but not dogmatic working; you focus on results, not on frameworks.
• Fluent in German and very good English.
