Field Service Technician - Remote

Overview

The Field Service Technician will work remotely with occasional on-site visits to clients in the Hamburg region, providing technical support and maintenance for packaging systems.

In Short

• Install and maintain packaging systems.
• Handle service requests independently.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Respond to emergency repairs and troubleshoot issues.

• Must have a valid German Drivers Licence.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience or a relevant degree.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Availability for standby duty outside of office hours.

Requirements

• Valid German Drivers Licence.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently devise creative solutions to customer issues.
• Availability for standby duty for service provision outside of office hours.
