In Short

• Procure FF&E and OS&E for high-end residential homes.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders, track orders and deliveries.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for item arrivals and deliveries.
• Oversee order changes, cancellations, and returns.
• Maintain meticulous records and conduct regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing processes and internal standards.
• Identify process changes to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an incredible owner experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Experience with design and procurement systems like Houzz, Airtable, NetSuite, Salesforce.
• Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
